Planned Companies, a janitorial/maintenance, concierge/doorman and security services provider, continues to expand its presence in the Connecticut marketplace, adding three new clients–ParcGrove Apartment Homes, Merritt River Apartments and a building owned by Diamond Properties–to its Fairfield County client roster.
“Despite the current state of the economy, 2009 has been an exciting year for Planned, which has been marked by record breaking growth and expansion into several new markets, including Connecticut and Washington D.C.,” said Robert Francis, LEED AP and president of Planned Companies.
“Our rapid and aggressive expansion in the Fairfield County marketplace over the past six months is due to the depth and breadth of service platform and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
“As a market leader in the Fairfield County area and the fastest growing third-party concierge company in Connecticut, we continue to remain positive about the future and look forward to continuing to expand our janitorial/maintenance, concierge/doorman and security services in this robust marketplace.”
As of 2009, Planned Lifestyle Services, a division of Planned Companies, is providing front janitorial services desk and concierge services at the following three residential properties: ParcGrove Apartment Homes in Stamford, an apartment complex managed by Riverstone Properties and containing 402 residential units; Merritt River Apartments in Norwalk, managed by Lincoln Property Management containing 227 residential units and; Avalon on Stamford Harbor a luxury complex with 323 residential units owned and managed by Avalon Communities.
